Stable

Things haven't changed much today except that I think I notice a bit of edema in Adrienne's feet/legs. The doctor said this would happen. They stopped the diuretics as she was getting dehydrated but will probably have to start again. It's a tough balancing act, but they're doing a good job so far. Fevers come on each night, which is typical for her when she had a lot of disease. Chemo starts again today.

We're very happy with the care she's getting and she even eats some of the hospital food, a first for her. I'm hoping to get her home but we're taking it a day at a time. She's dependent on oxygen so we need to get that whole thing working at home.

Came looking for an update...glad to see one. Happy to hear you are pleased with the hospital care A is getting...got to keep your eyes open to everything they are doing at all times. Being in the hospital isn't fun...but it sounds like she still needs to be there for a bit. Thinking of you all often...sending loving ((HUGS)) as always.

Wow Adrienne, you must really be hungry to eat the hospital food (I know the "foodies" you and your Mom are, ha ha!)

I'm sure you can't wait to get out of there and pick where you can eat... Thinking bout you guys and hoping you can make it happen soon.

All the best with your next infusion.

Take care,

We are sending lots of thoughts and prayers!! We hope the chemo does its job and that Adrienne can come home soon! We just got a message from Mike's oncologist here telling him to stop the procarbazine, because something might be brewing with SGN-35-- we sure hope so!!
