Thoracentesis done
The docs were concerned so Adrienee had the larger effusion drained this afternoon. She was not happy at all but now seems to be feeling a bit better and even ate some dinner. They can only do one side at a time so they'll do the other one in the morning. They drained 1.3 liters, about 1.5 times the normal amount. Hopefully it won't fill up again. She's resting comfortably now.

Oh my gosh what a week you guys are having. Tell Adrienne we are thinking of her and praying for her. Get well soon, and let us know how things are going!

Oh, no - I just read your last couple posts...I'm so sorry for the scare (putting it mildly) but am really glad Adrienne is feeling a bit better. You guys are definitely in my prayers. I'll be checking in for updates.
